For many World champions, elite-level, professional, recreational, and even youth competitors, successful performances, cannot simply be reduced to superior physical performance and skill levels. Remember, at the highest level its 10% skill 90% in the mind!

Instead, performance in any endeavor, is largely contingent upon mental preparation and psychological strength. Just as you prepared for competition by practicing your physical skills, as well as increasing your physical skill's strength and endurance, you must also prepare yourself mentally to be stronger and more skilled than your opponent's. The 4C's

Concentration, confidence, control and commitment (the 4C's) are generally considered to be the main mental qualities that are important for successful performance in most sports.

• Concentration - ability to maintain focus, stay in the Zone
• Confidence - believe in one's abilities
• Control - ability to maintain emotional control regardless of distractions stay in the zone
• Commitment - ability to continue working to your goals

The techniques of relaxation, centering, mental imagery, time line therapy and hypnotherapy with revivification will assist an client to achieve the 4C's. Along with correct nutrition and toxin diagnoses.
In most sports 10% is skill assuming you have reached the unconscious mastery level 90% is in your mind.
